Does Any of This Sound Like You?
We work with older adults, NDIS participants, and the families and support coordinators who care for them. If any of the following resonates, you’re in the right place.
- Wanting to stay strong and independent at home for longer
- Concerned about falls or losing confidence moving around
- Managing a neurological condition affecting strength or mobility
- Living with chronic disease or a physical disability
- Recovering from surgery and needing structured support to rebuild
- An NDIS participant looking for a reliable, accredited provider
- A family member or carer researching options for a loved one
- A support coordinator seeking a consistent, communicative allied health team
What Life Looks Like With the Right Support Behind You.
When exercise is structured properly around your needs, the changes go far beyond physical strength. Here’s what becomes possible:
- Moving through your day with more confidence and less worry
- Staying independent at home for longer without relying on others
- Reduced risk of falls and the fear that comes with them
- Stronger, more capable movement for everyday tasks
- Better energy, sleep and overall quality of life
- A greater sense of control over your own health and wellbeing
- Connection with a team that genuinely understands your journey

Making It Accessible
We work with a range of funding options to make sure cost is never a barrier to getting the support you need.
Home Care Package
If you are an older adult with a Home Care Package, Exercise Physiology sessions may be funded depending on your package level and provider. We recommend checking with your package provider to confirm your entitlements.
NDIS
We support both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Exercise Physiology sessions can be funded under Improved Daily Living depending on how your plan is structured. We can help you understand what's available before you book.
DVA
We are proud to support Australian veterans. If you hold a DVA Gold card your sessions are covered for all conditions. White card holders may be covered depending on their accepted conditions.
Medicare
If your GP has referred you under a Chronic Disease Management plan, you may be eligible for up to five subsidised Exercise Physiology sessions per calendar year.
What Your Journey Looks Like
Step 1
Getting to Know You
We start with a thorough conversation. We want to understand your goals, your needs, your abilities, and any barriers that might affect your program. We review your medical history and assess your movement and functional capacity so we have a complete picture before we build anything.
Step 2
Your Individualised Plan
Based on your assessment we build a program specifically around you. Your goals, your current capacity, and your environment all shape the plan. Every step is clear, achievable, and designed to move you forward safely and consistently.
Step 3
Ongoing Sessions and Support
Sessions follow your individualised plan and are delivered wherever works best for you — in clinic, at home, or in the community. We focus on real functional outcomes, adapting your program as you progress and keeping your support team informed every step of the way.
Step 4
Progress Reviews and Communication
Every three months we conduct a formal progress review to assess how far you’ve come and update your program accordingly. We communicate regularly with your family, carers and support coordinators, and conduct a full case review annually to make sure your program continues to serve your long-term goals.
